Notes from the coach

Suites the Adult beginner with no previous experience. Wednesday Nights 7 pm to 8 pm. The next course runs from the 2nd of February to the 23rd of March 2022. Courses restricted to 6 participants. Cost: $90 (Racquets provided). Over the 4 week course, you learn The key skills to maintaining a rally; How to direct and control your groundstrokes; Serving to get the point started; Playing the net.
