Crib Point Tennis Club has 2 En-Tout-Tas clay courts and two non-cushioned hard courts with LED lighting that you can book.
BOOKINGS SENT TO THE PIN PAD ARE NOT INSTANTANOUS: if you are making a booking on the same day you are looking to play- please ensure you book at least 5 to 10 minutes before your booking time begins for the PIN pad to recognise your booking.
You must book first online before entering - if not done you will not be able to enter. Courts are booked in 30 minute blocks with a minumum booking duration time of 60 minutes.
Booking instructions are provided at the gate, look for the green light on the top of the PIN pad and listen for 2 beep noises which indicates that your PIN is successful- the system will record your arrival. The PIN can be entered up to 15 minutes before and up to 15 minutes after the booking time. Lights will not be activated if the PIN is not entered. If the lights go off your first troubleshooting action should be to enter the PIN again before reaching out to the Geoff and other members in the committee.
BOOKING THE CLAY COURTS: Please enure the courts are adequately bagged and watered after your booking.

MEMBERS:
Members must be registered using the correct login details with a membership to get member rates
Members are allowed to make two bookings a day with a maximum duration of two hours for each booking.
Hire Fees:
Off peak court hire(before dark not using lights) : Free
Peak court hire(using lights): $10 per hour
NON-MEMBERS:
Non-members are allowed to make two bookings a day with a maximum duration of one hour for each booking.
Hire Fees:
Off peak court hire(before dark) : $10 per hour
Peak court hire(using lights) $16 per hour
Cancellations/refunds:
If you are not able to use you booking, please cancel it by logging in and selecting your name on the top right hand corner and select "My Profile" .
Paid bookings cancelled before the booking time receive an automatic refund. As bookings are made in advance there is always the possiblity of extreme weather that could result in only a part or none of the booking time being utilised. If you are unable to use your paid booking entirely because of this please contact Geoff on 0402 107 383 within 24 hours stating the play time was abandoned. You will be offered either an alternative booking for the unused time, or a refund will be issued(excluding service charges ).
