About NWTA
The Northwest Tennis Academy was established as a business in January 2000 by the current business owner/operator Jarrod Campbell at the Tamworth Tennis Club, now known as The Courts @ East.
The Academy boasts a reputation of success, professionalism and commitment to its clients and the sport of tennis. The Academy offers coaching programs to all levels of players from raw beginners from age 4 through to nationally ranked athletes and senior tournament and club players.
NWTA is positioned in the parklands of Treloar Park, Tamworth and is a fun, safe and social environment for players of all ages and standards to enjoy the sport of tennis.
Coaching
Our Tennis Australia qualified coach, Jarrod Campbell and his team deliver affordable Junior coaching programmes for Tennis. There are junior groups and private tuition available for all ages from 4 upwards. Visit our 'Programs' tab to learn more about all that we offer.
Pay & Play
You don't have to be a member of Northwest Tennis Academy to use the tennis courts. We offer 'Pay as you go' hourly court bookings, and with our automated gate and lighting, you can book & play year-round. Simply head to the 'Book a Court' tab above, select a time & book!
Pro Shop
Our Pro Shop, located at Tamworth Tennis Club in East Tamworth, offers a large range of rackets, balls, accessories and apparel. Get in touch with our team to discuss your equipment requirements, and receive expert advice and after-sales support for your tennis gear.
