The Cootamundra Town Tennis Courts were officially recognised as the Bob Punnett Memorial Courts in 1960 to honor the life and legacy of Bob Punnett. A beloved local figure, Bob's dedication to the community, particularly in promoting tennis, has had a profound impact on Cootamundra. The naming of these courts serves as a lasting tribute to his contributions, ensuring his memory will continue to inspire future generations of athletes and community members.
