We hope implementing Book A Court has helped everyone with having certainty about court availability. 

It's time to take our next step with Book A Court. We are going to make two changes:

Vistor Fees: As previously indicated, we are going to commence with visitor fees. The rate will be $5 per 30 minutes per visitor.

When you book a court, please enter all the players, and whether they are members or not. The website will calculate your fee and you can pay immediately.

Booking Duration: We are also going to increase the maximum court booking time to 90 minutes. We do this after some feedback that 60 minutes is too short, and also because there is regularly court availability even on peak nights. We will continue to monitor to ensure courts are available for all members.

These changes are effective immediately.

Some reminders:

• You do need to be registered on our website, which should happen automatically when you join, but if there are any problems, please contact the club at chadstonetennisclub@gmail.com.
• When you book, you will be sent instructions on how to access the courts.
• Chadstone Tennis Club has an exclusive coaching arrangement with Michael Logarzo Tennis. No other professional coaching is permitted at the club without permission from the club, except for parents coaching their children.

We expect the Book A Court hardware to be installed soon, and when this happens, we will make some courts available for public rental. We'll use a process to make sure that members get first opportunity.
