General Booking Conditions

• Playing times Monday to Saturday - 7am to Sunset, Sunday - 8am to Sunset, as the courts have no lights.

• Total daily court usage is limited to 2 hours per person, per day.

• Bookings made up to 7 days in advance.

• On-line bookings - Non-Members, $20 per hour, via a credit card. Members play for free. The emailed booking confirmation, will contain a 4-digit access PIN for the digital locked court gate and an option to cancel your booking.

• Access the courts by entering a 4-digit code, followed by the # button into the court gate keypad. The code only works for the gate used to enter the court you have booked.

Member Booking Conditions

• Members must book Court 1 and only book Court 2, if Court 1 is unavailable.

• Members inviting Non-Members (Guests) must pay for the Non-Member when making the on-line booking using a credit card. Failure to pay for the Non-Member may result in Members’ booking privileges being revoked and Membership cancellation.

Members Guest Rates - Per Playing Session

• 1 Member and 1 Non-Member ($10)

• 2 Members and 2 Non-Members ($20)

• 1 Member and 3 Non-Members ($20)

Playing Conditions for All Players

• The person making the booking must be present during play.

• Abuse of the booking system may result in booking privileges being revoked and Membership cancellation.

• Please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend. Failure to cancel may result in suspension of your booking privileges. Bookings cancelled 48 hours before the booking time may be eligible for a refund.

• Play on the courts is not supervised and is at the player’s own risk. Please adhere to the Club’s By-Laws and to Tennis Australia Extreme Heat Policy.

• Any player under 13 must have an adult supervising at the courts.

• Inclement  Weather Preventing Playing – It is at the Club’s discretion, on a case-by-case bases to issue a partial or full refund due to inclement weather.

• What is not allowed on the courts - Ball machines, music, animals, non-tennis shoes, alcohol, and food.

• Courts are only to be used for playing tennis.

• Courts are not available for coaching unless prior written Club’s consent has been obtained.
