The BBTC CoM are proud to release our draft Strategic Plan (2023-2033).

This strategy aligns and connects into Tennis Victoria's strategy and Maroondah City Council's Tennis Strategy.

CoM members will meet in July 2023 to approve the Strategic Plan.

We will maintain the Strategic Plan 2023-2033 as a live document. This means that it can be amended and targets adjusted as we move through the next decade. This approach enables us to be nimble and pivot quickly to take advantage of opportunities as they arise.

Once approved a strategy-on-a-page will be created to convey to our members, prospective members, supporters and sponsors our biggest and most exciting initiatives.
