You don’t have to be a member to have a hit at the Bungendore Park Tennis Club! Although, member benefits include playing for no charge during the day, playing at a discounted rate in the premium booking time (and access to the clubhouse when the replacement clubhouse is built).  So why not join up and support your local community tennis club?

Using your PIN

When you register and book online you'll receive your very own PIN code. Your PIN code will stay the same whenever you book with us.

Entering your PIN code followed by the # key will allow you to open the front entry gate. If you're playing at night the lights will turn on automatically once you have entered your pin, followed by the # key eg 1234#.

Important: It is recommended that you book at least 20 minutes before you want to play to allow your PIN code to be activated. Bring your own balls, racquet, sunscreen and water bottle. Please make sure your shoes have non-marking soles. 

Cancellation policy:  if you need to cancel your booking your fees will only be refunded if you cancel your booking 6 hours or more before your booking is due to start. Requests for refunds where the cancellation occurs outside the prescribed timeframe in extenuating circumstances must be emailed to the club. Refunds if approved in such cases will be limited to the original fee paid less the online booking service fee payable by the club to the online payment service provider - currently set at 2.93% 

Example: If your booking starts at 4pm - you must cancel your booking by 10am that day.

Day rates:

Members  - Free
Non-Members - $15/hour/court

Evening/Night (Premium rates):

Members - $15/hour/court
Non-Members - $25/hour/court
