Booking Rules
Please note that we are a small regional club whose primary income is booking revenue. Please be respectful of the booking rules when making court bookings.
Member Booking rules
Member presence: The person making the booking must be present and playing during the session. Junior members cannot book a court unless connected to an Adult member
Usage limit: One court per member up to one hour per day. This may be limited during busy
periods such as Easter and Christmas. We request that you do not use courts that have not
been booked. Bookings must be cancelled if not attending.
Advance limits: Bookings can only be made 14 days in advance
Guests: Non member guests may be allowed only with the express permission of the club
Player Limits: A maximum of 4 players are allowed per court. Where more than 4 players a
second court must be booked.
Non Member Booking Rules
Usage limit: One court per booking up to a maximum of one hour per day. This may be

Player Limits: A maximum of 4 players are allowed per court. Where more than 4 players a
second court must be booked.
Prior to booking you must Sign in/Register with Clubspark in the top right hand corner of the Bright Tennis Club Webpage (Note, if you are BTC Member you should already be registered). Every time you sign in you will need to use the same method you selected to create your account. Members will not be charged for booking a court, so if you are prompted for your credit card details, please do not proceed and contact the club for further assistance.
Once signed in select the box corresponding to the Day, Court Number and Time to play.
You will receive a Gate PIN Code (via email or SMS) that you can enter into the Gate Padlock matching the Court Number that you have booked to gain entry.

Members - Court hire is free, Non member guests may be allowed only with the express permission of the club

Non Members - Court hire is $30P/H 4 players maximum, if there are more than 4 players please book a second court

How to Hire a Court – Guests/Non-Members
Detailed Court Access Instructions - To Unlock Padlock:
1. Press any button on the keypad to wake the device up
2. Key in a valid access code then press the UNLOCK key. Once unlocked, the status indicator will flash GREEN twice and sound 4 short beeps (ascending).
3. If you have incorrectly entered the code the status indicator light will flash RED twice and sound 4 short beeps. Confirm the correct access code and try again. If you have partially entered the access code press the BACK ARROW button (bottom left) to reset, then try again.
4. Pull out the shackle from the padlock to open.
Locking up is important!
If you are the last person to leave, please close the gate behind you, then refit the lock on the gate by pushing the shackle back into the Smart Padlock.
The lock will make a long beep sound, and the LED status indicator light above the keypad will flash GREEN for 2 seconds indicating the Smart Padlock is successfully locked.
