Sports Vouchers (for school-age children up to year 9)

Beaumont Tennis Club is a registered provider (155031) of organised tennis for the Sports Vouchers scheme from the SA Office for Recreation and Sport.
Sports Vouchers may be used on behalf of primary-school-age children from Reception to Year 9 for part payment ($100) towards Beaumont Junior or Senior competition membership. Children in Reception to Year 9 are eligible to receive 2 x $100 Sports Vouchers (per calendar year) so you can save on costs and fees.
Sports Vouchers may be used on behalf of school-age children, aged between 5 and 15, from Reception to Year 9 for part payment ($100) towards Beaumont Junior or Senior competition membership. Download the form (PDF), complete it and send it to Chris Bagley (cjbagley@tpg.com.au).
You will need the child's Medicare number OR Australian Visa number.
