JUNIOR GRAND FINALS

We had 3 sides in the Summer junior competiton Grand Finals. Unfortunately all 3 sides were unsuccessful despite some very good tennis and great sportsmanship being displayed.

Section 3 Boys team of Dex, Edward, Max and Campbell did very well to come from fourth place to play in the grand final but found the top ranked Lara team too strong on the day losing 2-28 to 4-28 in a very tight encounter.

Section 5 boys team of Cooper, Jasper, Flynn and Fynn finished in top spot but were beaten by the second side, Geelong Lawn, in the grand final 2-19 to 4-28.

The Green Ball section 1 white team of Doug, Angus, Sonny And Harry lost in a very tight encounter 2 sets 28games to 4 sets 27 games.

Well done to all teams, coaches, team managers and parents on a very successful season.
