It's been a little while since our last update, but rest assured we haven't been quiet - we've just been hard at work behind the scenes as your new committee, focused on refreshing and reinvigorating the club with some exciting developments. Here's a snapshot of what we've been up to in the past month:

🎾 Winter Junior Competition - We will kick off the new season with four new junior teams! This is up from the three summer teams, a fantastic feat given we are competing with winter sports.
📜 Governance Improvements - We're currently reviewing and updating the club constitution to ensure it reflects how we operate and sets us up for the future. We will also formalise a lot of policies already set in place.
💰 Grants - We've submitted applications for two grants to support improvements at the club and are awaiting outcomes.
👕 New Uniforms - All junior competition players are now sporting club polos - bringing a great sense of identity and pride.
🌐 Website Overhaul - We're in the process of updating our website to make sure everything members need is clear, easy to access, and up to date. 
📽️How-To Guides - We're also working on creating simple how-to videos for common club processes (how to book a court, how to join, renewals etc) to help new and existing members alike.
🩹 Safety First - A new first aid kit has been purchaed and will soon be in the clubhouse.
💳 Modernising Payments - We're exploring EFTPOS and online payment options to make things easier for everyone.

👋 New Members - A very warm welcome to all who've recently joined us-12 junior players, 2 new families and 6 adults in just the last five weeks.
