Club Introduces Key Fob System for Court Access

On July 26th, AUCTC took a significant step forward by upgrading to an electronic key fob system for court access. This modernized infrastructure, designed to improve security and simplify access, will officially go live on August 1.

Starting from this date, all members can access the courts using their new key fobs, which are linked to their active memberships. If a membership becomes inactive, the corresponding key fob will be automatically deactivated, ensuring that only current members can access the facilities.

The introduction of the key fob system offers several key benefits:

  1. Enhanced Security: The electronic system allows the club to monitor court access more effectively, providing an extra layer of safety for members and their equipment. This modernized access replaces the previous physical key system, offering a more secure solution.

  2. Streamlined Membership Management: Key fobs are automatically deactivated when memberships expire, ensuring that only up-to-date members can use the courts. This reduces the administrative burden and keeps the system efficient.

Importance of Court Bookings

To ensure smooth operations and fair access to the courts, members are reminded of the importance of booking their court before heading down. All court bookings must be made through the club’s online booking system. You can reserve your court at the following site:

AUCTC has worked hard to implement this new system and appreciates the continued support of its members during the transition.
