With so many people always around the tennis courts there was such a great atmosphere.

When the competition matches were finishing up for the day, we had two special events planned. The family doubles and the Mixed doubles event. Both events having record numbers in each event.

The Alice Springs Tennis Club would like to thank the two major sponsors of the tournaments, Pump and power and Scope Building. Without these Major Sponsors it would be extremely difficult to make these events happen.

A big thank you to the volunteers that helped in Karen`s kitchen and massive thanks to Karen Brown and Jenny Ashenden for being in the kitchen for the full eight days and also to the referees for also volunteering over the two events.
