Dear Members,

I am writing to advise that the Annual General Meeting of Ainslie Tennis Club will be held at 4 pm on the 21st of June and the Committee would welcome your participation.  In particular, please consider whether you could contribute to the running of the club over the coming year by serving on the Committee.

The agenda for the meeting is attached together with the minutes from the 2019 AGM.

In light of the coronavirus, we will be offering a virtual attendance option.  Please RSVP to secretary@ainslietennis.org.au indicating whether you plan to attend and your preference for physical or virtual attendance.  I will write to those preferring to come in person to let you know whether, given the current physical distancing requirements, we can accommodate everyone at the clubhouse.  For those preferring virtual attendance, I will write closer to the time with a link and the details on how to log in.

The papers that will be tabled at the meeting will be posted on the club’s website (https://play.tennis.com.au/AinslieTennisClub) over the next few days.
