🏆 Club Championships

  • Sunday 12 April – 9:30am start (9:15am arrival)
  • BBQ Lunch from 1pm Sunday leading into final matches

  • Men’s Singles & Doubles

💻 Competition Registrations

To help us manage competitions more smoothly this season, all entries will now be submitted via a simple online registration form.

Find the form here : https://forms.gle/MZW9C3wxgroLe5v19

IMPORTANT: Even if you are only looking to be a roster fill in, please use the form to indicate interest.

This will help us:

  • Capture team and player details accurately
  • Allocate divisions fairly
  • Keep communication clear and consistent
  • Organise fill-ins

We know it’s a change, but it will make a big difference behind the scenes and ensure competitions run as seamlessly as possible for everyone.

The registration link will be displayed in the Clubrooms shortly. We understand change can be different, so to help make the transition easy, we will make hard copy registration options available in the Club rooms.

We appreciate your support as we move to this updated system.

🏓 Club Admin — “Served & Sorted” 😉

The behind-the-scenes tweaks that help keep the tennis flowing smoothly, make competitions easier for everyone - so you can focus on enjoying your time on court!

Think of this section as: the important-and-helpful bits that keep our club humming. We appreciate you taking the time to read through. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

📋 Why We’re Moving to Online Registrations (and Asking for Your Feedback)

To make our competitions work well for everyone, we’re updating how registrations are done — with a simple online registration form for all events and rosters. We know change can be different, so in the interim we will have paper copy registrations available in the Clubrooms

This isn’t just about paperwork — it’s about building a thriving, engaged club community by:

  • Making it easier for you to register with a clear, consistent process
  • Helping us understand your needs (e.g. preferred divisions, availability, fill-in preferences)
  • Reducing admin pressures on volunteers so they can spend more time supporting great tennis and fun events
  • Ensuring fair and enjoyable competitions by capturing accurate team and player information

We’ve also included a short club survey in the form so we can hear directly from you about how we can make club competitions even better. Your feedback will help shape future rosters, formats and communication — and make sure every member feels heard and involved.

👉 Even if you’re not registering for an upcoming roster, we have made it so you can still provide your feedback. Use the link and follow the prompts. All feedback helps ensure we are building a thriving Club community where you can play your best, and enjoy doing so.

Thank you for taking the time to help strengthen our club — we truly value your input and involvement!

📲 Roster Communications – Club WhatsApp

During roster periods, competition updates will move to a dedicated club WhatsApp group.

Robyn has been the lifeblood of finding fill-ins and individually providing roster updates, but now it’s time we start to share the load more.

For those of you who are familiar with the Tennis North Pennant processes, you’re a pro already! For others, this might take a little bit of getting used to, however it will continue to ensure that the Club can provide the best competitions possible.

This change is about making things easier for everyone — particularly when it comes to coordinating weekly matches and finding fill-ins. The group format will allow for information to be shared openly and gives members the opportunity to help one another when availability changes.

Details on how to join will be shared upon registration to a competition.

The group will be used for:

  • Weekly reminders and fixtures
  • Weather or scheduling updates
  • Fill-in requests
  • Finals information

It’s a simple way to keep communication clear, reduce admin load, and support each other during busy roster periods.

For now that's a wrap 🌯...

We’re proud of how our club continues to grow — not just in numbers, but in spirit. Whether you’re competing for trophies or playing just for fun, we’d love to see you involved and part of our community this season.

Stay tuned... there's more to come. And remember... Life's just better when you're on court!
