TTC Thursday Night Tennis Competition
What is it about?
Truganina Tennis Club is organising competitive tennis for adult players starting Spring of 2024. You will be part of a team of 4-5 member and compete against other teams to become the ultimate Champion of Truganina Tennis Club this autumn.

Season start / end dates: Thursdays 26 September to 15 December
Free tennis try-outs and registration – Day 1: 11 Sep and 18 September - 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Free tennis try-outs and registration – Day 2: 14 Sep and 21 Sep - 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Closing day of registration: 21 Sep - 6:00 pm
Venue
- Matches will be played at Truganina Tennis Club in 73 Alcock Road, Truganina VIC-3029.
- Try-outs are free. Requesting all participants to register through the form below which will help the club organise the events.
- Competition is spans from 26 Sep to 15 Dec 2024 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Payment details will be emailed later to participants who turn up for tryout days.

Rules and Regulations
- 6 Teams of 4 each
- Round robin matches against another team
- Players ranked from 1-4 in a team, with 1 being the best player in the team
- Matches will start at 7:30 pm on Thursday. To ensure the event completes within time, we request Team Captains to ensure all the players are present by the given time. If a team or players are not present by 7:45, they will forfeit their matches.
- In case of injuries or unavailability of players, team captain to reach out to committee to find substitutes for their team
- Scores to be submitted by team Captains online in excel document, which will be later updated into UTR by committee members.
- team captains are responsible for correct scores
- Balls and courts will be provided by the club. Please return the balls at your convenience once the matches end. If the balls go out of the court, team captains will ensure they are retrieved.
- Standard ATP set rules apply. If the game score is 6-all, then a tie-breaker is to be played to 7 points, win by 2 points .
- In semis and finals, substitutes will be from teams that did not qualify
- Team that quality will be based on most matches won + most games won.
