Glenn Busby (Vic) won the Newcombe Medal for the Most Outstanding 30+ Tennis Master for 2024 which was presented at Melbourne's Palladium Ballroom on 9th December last year. It is the third time Glenn has won this prestigous award (2011 and shared in 2021) and it comes off a very successful year at ITF World Tennis Masters events in both singles and doubles. Glenn had a combined 47-1 record over the two disciplines and claimed both world championships in March. The 67 year old world No, 1 65+ singles player also led Australia to their third-straight Britannia Cup win at the World Teams Championships.
