This session combines structured drills, point play, and simple strategy work in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Expect a mix of hitting, match-style play, and tactical focus — with plenty of movement, laughs, and quality tennis.

Perfect for starting the day active, connected, and on court with a great group of women.

Please bring comfortable sports clothes, runners, a water bottle, and a racquet.
