SWTC Concludes Year with Grand Celebration: Awards, Family Fun, and Gratitude to Sponsors.

The South West Tennis Club (SWTC) bid farewell to the year in grand style with its End of Year Event, a jubilant affair that combined an award ceremony with a delightful family day. Held at the Doohan Reserve, nestled on Skaife Street, Oran Park, the event attracted nearly 70 attendees, comprising players, their families, and friends.

The festivities commenced at 3:00 pm and continued until 6:00 pm, offering a perfect blend of celebration and camaraderie. Amidst the lush greenery of the Kolombo Tennis Courts, participants indulged in various activities, fostering bonds beyond the tennis court.

The highlight of the event was the award ceremony, where outstanding performers were recognized for their achievements throughout the year. From stellar performances on the court to exemplary sportsmanship, each accolade celebrated the dedication and passion of the SWTC members.

In a heartwarming gesture, each sponsor received a token of appreciation—a beautifully crafted plaque symbolizing the club's deep appreciation for their unwavering support.

"It's not just about the matches we play or the trophies we win; it's about the community we build and the relationships we cherish," remarked Santosh Bhattarai Club’s Tennis co-ordinator, encapsulating the sentiment of the event.

The atmosphere was filled with laughter and joy as families mingled, children played, and memories were made. From friendly matches to delicious refreshments, the event embodied the essence of SWTC—a tight-knit community united by their love for tennis and each other.
