This session is an Introductory session to Pickleball designed for absolute beginners before joining in on Social Play sessions.
Pickleball is a fun way to get moving and stay fit. The game is simple and easy to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced game that will test your endurance, stamina and coordination.
Paddles and balls included.
