NOMINEE REQUIREMENTS
Nominees are required to be a member of MRTC to join a team, please ensure you have paid your Club Membership Fees for the 2025/26 Season when you nominate (and to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount). Reserves can play up to six games before they must become a full financial member. Members get access to the clubhouse, bar, court hire, event invitations, club championships and voting at the AGM.
You must be available to play each week, or find yourself a replacement using the reserve lists.
We supply new balls for all pennant matches, and as such Ball & Light Fees of $6 apply each evening. To make things easier for our coordinators we would appreciate payment of ball fees upfront or in two halves instead of nightly.
We enter all the scores into Tennis Australia's League Manager. This assists our Coordinators to create fixtures, manage scores and create ladders in real time. If you don't already have a Universal Tennis Rating, please sign up to Match Centre, https://matchcentre.tennis.com.au/ then activate your UTR within your account.
