Membership

Kaleen and District Tennis Club (KDTC) encourages all members of the community interested in utilizing our facilities to become financial members of the Club.

KDTC is affiliated with Tennis ACT and Tennis Australia and uses the national MyTennis online registration system.  This online system allows club members to process their membership applications and renewals; update their personal and membership details; and provide access to information on other related tennis activities …( eg pennant scores, ladders, tournaments etc).

Renewing and new members can renew or join through the online application process by clicking here.  Payment can be made by credit card following the instructions provided online.

Once membership is approved, members may then log in to the Tennis Australia website  (www.tennis.com.au) to access their membership and related details, including competition and pennant results, as applicable.

KDTC Membership fees for

1 July 2019 – 30 June 2020:

Adult (single) $135
Family $260 (includes children/dependants up to the age of 19)
Junior  $65 (under 19 yo)

             

 

Important: Membership fees include registration with Tennis ACT, which allows  Kaleen Club tennis players to play pennant competitions. 

 

Definitions:

Junior Membership A junior membership is available to a
person who is under 19 years of age at the beginning of the Club’s membership year
Family Membership Family membership consists of one or
two parents plus any number of children of those parents under the age of 19 years (per the definition of a junior)

 

New Members:

Pro-rata membership is applied to new memberships received during the club membership year. Please visit the My Tennis Website for the updated details.

Membership Refunds:

Membership fees are not normally refunded in full or part if a member leaves the club before their membership expires.

                                                                                                               

Court Access Cards

Electronic access cards allow access to the courts and clubhouse, excluding the tennis court lights, between the hours of 7.00am – 10.30pm.

Members can apply for a card key through the Membership Secretary.  A one off fee of $40 is payable.  This is fully refundable when the card is returned in good working order.

Access cards are generally only available for members over the age of 16.
