Dear HPTC member,

We wish our competition teams all the best in their final week of the regular season. A few teams have already locked in their finals place, with venues to be finalised after this weekend's matches. Stay tuned!

Football Finals

On the 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st of August and the 6th and 7th of September (the next three weekends),  there are football finals happening at Robert Booth reserve, meaning that parking at the club will be restricted. Please prepare any booking confirmations you make during these days to show staff upon entry on to the carpark to gain free entry. Otherwise, the gate facing Somerville road at court 3 will be unlocked, such that anyone parking at the street can readily access the courts.

We'll also be hosting finals during this time, and competition teams will be contacted individually. In short, there are physical passes available for teams and visitors to pick up in advance. More information will be released after this weekend's matches.

Club Refurbishment

The clubhouse will be undergoing renovations from the 8th of September. The committee would like to thank previous committee members, in particular Robbie Anderson, George Mandalis, Blake Francome and Amanda Anderson for spearheading discussions with council about the clubhouse's new layout. The renovations are expected to take place over six months. During this time the courts will still be open, but the clubhouse will become inaccessible, with replacement toilets and a small portable placed out the front of our usual entry gate. This information, and a map will be displayed on the club's website as this develops. To prepare for these renovations, the club will be hosting a Moving Bee at a date TBC.
