Notice is hereby given that our Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubrooms on:

The Annual General Meeting may conduct any special business of which notice has been given in accordance
with the rules of the Club’s Constitution.
Any member intending to bring any business before the Annual General Meeting may notify in writing, or by
electronic transmission, the Secretary of that business who must include that business in the notice calling
the next General Meeting.
