The Eastlake Tennis Club Committee would like to advise that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Sunday 28 November at 4:30pm on the Club Grounds. 

The AGM will be preceded by the usual Sunday afternoon social tennis, commencing at 3pm. After the AGM there will be a further opportunity for tennis; with drinks and light refreshments also served in celebration of our new LED lights which, weather permitting, will finally have been installed!

The agenda for the AGM is as follows:

Ordinary Business

1.     Adoption of minutes of 2020 meeting

2.     President’s report, Coaches Report and Treasurer’s report

3.     Adopt audited financial statements for 2020-21

4.     Elect officers of the Club and ordinary members of the Committee

Special Business

5.    A report on key findings from the recent Members survey and discussion of members' suggestions

6.     To change the trading name of the Club from Eastlake Tennis Club to Manuka Tennis Club

7.     To adopt a new Club constitution.
