NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING / Minutes AGM 2023

You are hereby informed that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the East Fremantle Lawn Tennis Club will be held on Saturday 6 May at EFLTC. The meeting will commence at 3.00pm.

The meeting will include the following items:

1.     Presentation of Club Champions

2.     Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM.

3.     President’s Annual Report

4.     Reports from the Treasurer and Auditor

5.     Election of Officers of the Board of Management

6.     Presentation of Tennis Club Awards

7.     Recommendations for the new Board

8.     Any Other Business

The meeting will be followed by a Special Morning Tea, provided by the Club Members, so bring a plate please.

Member categories eligible to vote, if there is an election, for the Board of Management: Family/Couple, Senior, Midweek, Youth, Life, Honorary, Juniors over 15yrs.
 

Notice of Annual General Meeting Elections
This is an official notice calling for nominations for election to the Board. Any member who wishes to be considered for election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting must complete a nomination form. These will be available from Fran McCarthy at the club and from the Newsletter, via the link.

Written Nominations, with a seconder, must be received by Fran on or before 22 April. Either see her at the club on a Saturday or scan and email to fran.mccarthy@education.wa.edu.au. The AGM will be held on 6 May, commencing at 3.00pm.

Golden Racquet Sportsmanship nomination slips are available at the club.  Please consider nominating someone who you believe is worthy of this prestigious award.
