Notes from the coach

These preparatory sessions will aim at over 35s players around the level of UTR 5.0 to 7.5. But other players seeking to improve their tennis are welcome to apply. The sessions will not seek to change your game substantially but rather to inform and tweak your game with tips that are easy to understand and apply. The emphasis will be on practice sessions, with drills, video analysis and summary sheets.
