Booking Guidelines and Rules

• Book via the 'Book a court' tab above
• Ensure you are logged in to view member pricing (if you are a member)
• Add all players who will be playing with you to the booking. If they are a member, select the member option next to their name. If they are are non-member, select non-member. 
• If you are a member and you are playing with a non-member, you are required to pay a fee of $5 per non-member. This is monitored. 
• Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a 4-digit PIN via text and email. This PIN is to be entered when you arrive at the front gate. Please ensure you hear the 'beep' after each digit entered. 
• The PIN code is active up to 10 minutes prior to your booking, and will work throughout your booking. 
• Bookings can take up to 30 minutes to process in the online sysem. Therefore, ensure you have booked more than 30 minutes prior to your booking time. 
• Bookings can be made up to 4 days in advance
• Please shut the gate after you enter or exit the premises
• For night time play, the lights will turn on at the start of your booking, and turn off 15minutes after the booking has finished. This is so you have time to collect your items and exit.
