Select your preferred available time and book.

Costs are per half hour slots. Total charge is calculated + small credit card fee (~3%)

You can pay online using most major credit cards. (uses Stripe secure payments gateway – a small credit card charge applies ) Card details can be stored for future bookings.

During the daytime there are no costs to members however there is a lights charge incurred and must be paid for at time of booking if playing at night.
Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your booking by SMS and/or email (depending on your choice when setting up your booking).

These confirmation details of the booking will include your PIN to enter into the keypad on the gate and clubhouse.
On Arrival at the courts (Up to 10 minutes prior to your booking time)
You MUST enter the pin number followed by the ENTER key (bottom right hand corner of the keypad) on the keypad on gate to open the gate and clubhouse door and activate the lights control. The PIN is active 10 minutes prior to your playing time and for the duration of the booking period. The lights are controlled by a ‘sunset’ switch and will come on for all bookings when it becomes dark. The lights will turn off automatically 15 minutes after your booking. Please allow time to pack up and leave the courts before the lights go out.
Set a phone alarm or bring a torch!
Your pin will not open the gate/clubhouse unless there is a booking in place
At the End
Please clean-up and remember your belongings, place any rubbish in the bin or recyclables.
If you are last to leave please check that all lights are switched off, close the door and ensure that gate is closed when you leave.
Cancellations/ Washouts
Log back into Book A Court and cancel your particular booking. If done 4 hours prior, you will get an automatic refund/re-credit to your card. If washed out or the lights fail , still cancel the booking and indicate the reason so the administrator can approve any late notice refunds which are at the discretion of the club.
