Boneo Tennis Club is Seeking a Dynamic Coach!

Are you passionate about tennis and eager to share your skills? Boneo Tennis Club is looking for a part-time tennis coach to join our vibrant community. If you're enthusiastic, dedicated, and love working with diverse groups, we want to hear from you!
 

Position: Tennis Coach (Part-Time contract)
Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, or Sundays (1 to 4 days)
                       Please note - Wednesdays & Thursdays contracted to another coach.
Location: Boneo Tennis Club, 570 Boneo Rd, Boneo VIC 3939
Preferred Start Date: as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging tennis coaching sessions
- Develop and implement programs, including Cardio Tennis, a seniors program, and a preschool program
- Collaborate with the committee to expand daytime coaching offerings
- Explore opportunities for lunchtime lessons and after-school programs with our on-site school partnership

Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about tennis
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the club committee
- Flexible availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, or Sundays
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels

Preferred Qualifications:
- Junior / L1 development coach preferred, however trainee coaches will be considered
- Tennis Australia coach member or be able to provide proof of adequate insurance, qualification, Working With Children Checks and First Aid certification.
- Previous coaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
