The City of Canada Bay has awarded almost $170,000 to various community groups for the 2024-25 year.

Amazon Women's Tennis is a proud recipient of the City of Canada Bay's Community Development Grant for the 2024-25 year.

This grant allows us to grow our capacity to implement programs for LGBTQIA+ women in and around the Canada Bay LGA.

We have a stellar program planned, which includes an open day, social tennis, and coaching, and culminates in a doubles tournament, where we can showcase our new skills.

Amazon Women's Tennis prides itself on being a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and allied women to socialise and stay fit; this grant allows us to extend our network, and ensure that queer women of Canada Bay who wish to find community locally are able to do so.
